I created an MS Forms Survey to send a list of onboarding team members. What I want to do:
With one click, Power Automate sends the MS form to the list of mail recipients.
Yes, this is easily accomplished in Power Automate. Have a look at the MS Forms Connector documentation for more info on the available triggers and actions. There are also a number of prebuilt templates, such as this one, that can make the process even easier.

I want to send the whole survey form to a list of users. When a user triggers the Forms submit button, Power Automate emails the individual responses to users. The Forms connector only sends responses.
I need the trigger to be a user button, not the Forms submit button. That button emails the entire Form to a list of email users to fill out.
Can I send an email with an MS Forms link or the actual entire MS Forms document?
