Hi All
Can we buy number of license for MF less than D365? (e.g I have 100 user for D365 but I would like to buy 40 User for MF, can I do it?

It seems that you are using Dynamics 365 and you don’t want all users have access to Microsoft Flow.
I assume that you could try to remove Flow license for certain users, which will remove the Flow icon from the app launcher. Please check the following doc for more details:

Yes, I need it. E.g - the Flow to connect with Facebook that just only marketing person to use it, so I have 50 users for all, but I would like to buy 10 users license for Microsoft Flow for my marketing department - can I do it?

Yes, it could be achieved. Please check the doc I provided in my previous post, just try to remove Flow license for certain users from the App launcher.
