mul(triggerOutputs()?['body/Amt'],-0.003)

Amt is a  value, e.x 3000$, 3000*-0.003=-9, but the expression result is 9.

it looks like the mul function can't read "minus" parameter. isn't it?

if so, how can i multiply a minus rate.

    Hi @Shizu

    This works for me

    mul(6,-0.3)

    Could it be that your triggerOutputs()?['body/Amt'] is a string and needs converted to float or int?

    float(triggerOutputs()?['body/Amt'])

    I also tried:

    You’ll have to share a bit more info. A screenshot of the source and flow history.

    I think it is not the”mul(), but the condition.

    this flow has a condition of the value of a field “category “, if the the value is sell, commission is equal to sales *-0.003, or sales *0.003.

    the category is a field , type of “option “. After testing, the condition will not be true. That is the reason. I think I typed a wrong grammar of reference for the condition.

    I am using my phone, can’t screenshot for now. Maybe later
