Hi every one,

When I set trigger approval at flow, I want to setup when manager approve request then change status from pending to approve, that is successful, but I also want to update "Date Created", How to configure at flow ?

You can't update or change the Created Date. In SharePoint, system fields like Created, Modified, Created By, and Modified By are not supported to be updated via the SharePoint Web Services UpdateListItems operation. You could however add a custom date/time column to capture this information, and utilize Flow to update it as required. You could then display that column in your custom list view rather than the system-generated Created column.

thank you for a reply, but one more thing, I can successfully update "Date" but approve status change back to pending, is it anything incorrect configure?(see it below pic)

We'd have to see your condition to know for sure. Basically it looks like you have a condition that is looping back through and resetting the approval status. It may be the Completion date in your Update file properties step. I'd try removing that as a test.

thx for your reply, when I only remove "Completion date in your Update file properties step" the approval status is a success to display "Approve, then when I only remove "Set content approval status" the Completion Date is a success, if merge two-step together the result is Completion Date is success but status is pending?

Hello @hong_yip,

The operating steps is to modify the file twice in the content, so two Etags is different.
If two action according to your configuration, the inside of the Etags conflict, in order to prevent conflict, you can according the screenshot below to get the file metadata placed in the middle of the two action, get to the first action after the completion of the file new Etag, so that you can run a success.
