How do I get a FLOW to limit one file per folder?

I have my FLOW set up as an email comes in, save the attachment as a new file in SharePoint. I have it set as - If another file is already there "Replace"- but, the new files keep adding up in the folder. I would like it to be as a new one comes in, the old one is deleted. Thank you! I appreciate any help.

    Hi @Anonymous,

     

    You could add a Get files action to get all files in a folder, if the file name same with new coming file already existed in the folder, delete the file, then create the file. For example like this:

    Annotation 2020-07-16 144315.jpg
