Connect and Open Azure VM from Power Apps

I want to connect  azure VM and  open it using power apps . 

For Ex :Like clicking a button kind of thing and opening VDI in power apps

 

I could not do this using  power automate even with premium connectors  also could not find any azure VM API to do this.
