Daily email with HTML table of all my pending tasks

Does anyone have a Flow/Planner template they can share with me to acheive the following?


Every day at 9am, I want Flow to send me an HTML table of all my outstanding tasks with:

 

  1. Plan name,
  2. Task Title,
  3. Due Date (in MM-DD-YYYY format), and
  4. Task Description

 

I have tried a few of the templates already available at flow.microsoft.com, but couldn't get what I need. Of course, I tried editing those templates myself to fit my needs and still couldn't reach my objective. 

 

Any help is much appreciated!

    Please see the screenshots below and replicate:"

    *Apply to each 2 is for the list plans action

    In the end you just have to a send an email action and put the HTML table output over there. Set the recurrence at the top for 9AM.
