Powerapp - filter within an document library & only show these results

i'm struggling to find a correct filter to narrow down the results within my document library

I have a column in my doc library called Entity - and i want to be able to only show the results of one particular entity in my powerapp gallery view (e.g. Proferro) - somehow I do not succeed in doing this , can anyone point my to the correct filter ?

What type of field is Entity - if a Choice field

Filter( 'ISO Gedeelde Documenten', Entity.Value = "Proferro" )

Please consider ceasing the use of that field type or you will have more issues than this - it is a historical structure designed for other purposes before Power Apps was introduced. For this item, you can replace .Value with whatever the field element in your structure is.
