Sharing instant cloud flows

Hi everyone and thank you in advance.

I have a number of instant cloud flows that I would like to share with my colleagues.  I shared the flows with them by adding them as "run only users" but my colleagues still don't see the flows under "Shared with me".  Is this not the way to share them?  I don't want my colleagues to be co-owners because I don't want them making any edits, etc.  Any suggestions on how to share instant cloud flows with colleagues?  I suppose I could export the flows and then have them import them but that seems overkill and an administrative burden when changes need to be made in the future.

@Ellsworth03054 a flow will only appear in the Shared with me tab if you have made your colleagues a co-owner of the flow. If you just want them to be able to run the flow and not see the construction of it then you need a button in a SharePoint list or some other trigger.
