How to Change the Email Account Ms Flow Creator

Hi Folks,

I am using trigger Approvals in Ms Flow. But when approver waiting approval, approver get email notification pending approval

But I see, Created by in pending approval. Whether created by it can be deleted? Because it's a little weird in my opinion.

 

And then I can change the account of the owner of the Ms Flow creator? Because Created By in the email notification is email Ms Flow creator.

 

Please advice. Thanks

    You cannot change the template in this way.

     

    But you can click advanced options and completed the Requested By, to use dynamic data of the user the approval is about. If you do not see Requested By make sure your using the latest version of start an approval or start and wait for a approval.

    I have been trying to reproduce your scenario to investigate.

    By creating a manually triggered flow with a single approval step, I realized the created by is not showing on my tenant:

    I tried using “Create an approval” and “Start and wait for approval” and it is not showing the Created by value.
    I would suggest you create a new Power automate flow and try again. Maybe this action has been updated recently (I still have an old flow showing “Created by” running today)
    Here is the value of my approval action, nothing fancy…
