Why do i keep getting 'forbidden' errors when I try to either clone a team site or add a tab in Power Automate using a valid access token and the correct API permissions set in Azure AD?

I am able to create the site, add channels, etc. But i am unable for some reason, even with a Power Automate premium license, to clone team or add tab.

From Power Automate log:

Status:403 Forbidden (with no clear reason why)
