Step Failing but Not Appearing

I was trying to follow the below link to track some flows within PowerBI, so I followed the instructions and added the "add rows to dataset" step, but I can't see it in my flow anymore. When I go to add "new step" at the bottom, it just freezes and I can't add any new steps or save it. I downloaded the JSON and I don't see the step listed in there anywhere either. However, it keeps failing, and when I run the flow history and look for "fails" it says it is failing on the "add rows to dataset" step. I have no idea how to proceed to fix this and I really cannot allow it to keep failing. Any advice is much appreciated!!

I added the step at the bottom, but I don't see it now. I found it in the JSON (see below), but I don't know what to do next. Any idea? Thanks!

The "Run Details" error says: "Unable to process template language expression in action 'Add_rows_to_a_dataset' inputs at line '0' and column '0':'The template language function 'int' was invoked with a parameter that is not valid. The value cannot be converted to the target type.' This error blinks for one second and then disappears.
