Hello

I have a simple flow that has an ESRI Survey123 Connector as a trigger (when a survey is added, send an email). Well, after a few days (90 days) the connection to the Connector has to be updated (token limitation)... I was trying to setup a Run after step to get notify when the Connection failed but the Configure Run after is grayed out and the message is Cannot configure run after on an action directly following a trigger.

So my question to you guys, how can I get a notification when my connection needs to be "refresh"???
