Hello,
I am trying to figure out if there is a way to upload a PDF and have the information from the PDF auto populate the form? Can this happen in Flow or PowerApps, and if not can it be done with any application within SharePoint?
Neither Flow or SharePoint can natively extract data from a PDF file and do anything with the extracted data.
If this can be done at all, it would be with a 3rd party tool. You may want to take a look at the Muhimbi and Plumsail connectors for Flow. They may/may not be able to do what you need.
