Guys, how are you? I needed to know if it is possible to create a business process. In fact, a cancellation and return process involving several areas using power apps and power automate. I wonder if there is any article, or video that helps me with this creation.

Yes, there is business processes Flow you could create in Power Automate, you might want to create a business process flow to have everyone handle customer service requests the same way, or to require that people get approval for an invoice before submitting an order.
