is it possible to create business processes with power automate?

Guys, how are you? I needed to know if it is possible to create a business process. In fact, a cancellation and return process involving several areas using power apps and power automate. I wonder if there is any article, or video that helps me with this creation.

    Hi @beatrizmoura26,

     

    Yes, there is business processes Flow you could create in Power Automate, you might want to create a business process flow to have everyone handle customer service requests the same way, or to require that people get approval for an invoice before submitting an order. I think this would be what you are finding, you could refer to this doc, I hope it could help you:
