Hello Guys,
I am completely new to this community and i am very excited to join you. Please be prudent to me if i posted this thread in a false section or in a false manner.
So some introduction to me. I am doing an apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for Data and Process Analysis in a Manufacturing Company. So i got the job to find out what possibilities MS Power Pages can give us in Reference for a Customer Experience Portal:
So now i want to ask you as experienced MS Power pages cracks if MS Power Pages can fulfill following requirements:
I would be extremely glad if some one can enlighten me, or even already have made such or similar Customer Experience Portal and can share his experience in reference to the feasibility.
I would be also glad if you can link Videos, Guides or How-To's.
Thank you in advance.
Hi @ITClown ,
1. You can setup azure open id /SAML or WS federation to be used for login/signup as part of B2B process. Personally I have setup open id for B2B and it worked fine. Once you set this up your existing user in azure should be able to login to power page site.

2. You can setup common dashboard and then setup security(table permission/webrole) on it so when a user logs in he/she will see the data which the user has access to.

4. https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Apps-Portals/Power-APp-Portals-news/td-p/1465683
6. Dataverse is your back end here for power page site to create/update/read/delete from/to dataverse tables.
you have option to create power automate flows /dataflows to connect external data with dataverse.
Even dynamics 365 uses same dataverse to store data which you might use in your site. You can check partner portal which uses capabilites of dynamics.

7. Having powerapp license should be sufficient for development. In any case power pages license would be perfect but for development purpose that is unnecessary to consume. And with your existing power platform licenses there comes some dataverse capacity which can be used else there is always option to buy addon.
