Simple Helpdesk Workflow in Teams

Hi all! It has been extremely unintuitive to create a simple helpdesk workflow in teams.

I only need an automated workflow (similar to what I had in Slack) where the user flow is the followimg:

1. A stakeholder can go to a specific channel in teams

2. They can select from three options:

- Submit Issue

- Submit Question

- Submit Request

3. It creates a message with the following details in the desired channel

- Request Type

- Summary

- Details

- Severity (high, medium, low)

- Priority (urgent, there is runway, not urgent)

- Attachments (optional)

4. The support team can use emojis to notate progress

- 'eyeball' for acknowledgement

- 'loading circle' for in progress

- 'check mark' for done

5. Support team can trigger a ticket in Jira (nice to have)

That is basically it! I have had absolutely no luck trying to figure this out on my own and could use help. Thank you!

    Sounds like you want:
    a Form,
a Power Automate Flow that triggers on Form Submission
    a SharePointList to track item
optional second flow to alert the customer when the item is being worked/completed.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having challenges with your flow. The Power Platform forums are designed to address specific issues, but what you’re asking for would involve detailed assistance with developing an entire solution. This is quite complex, and you may require a consultant to assist with the development. Given the complexity of what you’re trying to achieve and the need for automation across a large number of items, I recommend seeking the help of a consultant who can provide detailed assistance with developing your solution. Good luck!!

@Building with Why, I ideally want everything to live in Teams. I don't want to track items in other places unless there is no other option.

This channel will be meant for dispositioning requests and referencing recent submissions.

    A one-stop-shop.

@David MA, ahh that is unfortunate. This is quite simple in Slack to do and was hoping to migrate my workflows to Teams easily.
