sending emails based on answer to questions

I am working creating a Layered Process Audit in power automate. The audit is 25 yes/no questions, a yes goes to the next question a no requires a response. I would like to send an Email with the question and the explanation to the responsible department manager and one other person. I could use some help.

    Display the Select from List dialog box

    =input dialog box to collect the answer

    after collecting datas, you can send the email with all the variables collected.
