cannot get mail from first approval include attachment by power automate

Hi,
My scenario:
Send mail (3 Approval) include PDF attachment from Sharepoint by Power Automate.
First approval can get the attachment and approved, but second approval can not get mail from first approval.

I already test 3 approval exclude attachment is ok.

Any idea pls. Let me know.

    Hi @Boh ,

     

    Could you provide screenshot of the Flow configuration?

    Are three people set in the same Approval action, or are three Approval actions configured?

    Please provide more details so that we could provide a proper workaround.
