The 'content' property of actions of type 'ParseJson' must be valid JSON. The provided value cannot be parsed: 'After parsing a value an unexpected character was encountered: d. Path 'incidents[16].incidents_responders[0].message', line 1, position 39108.'.

Could you provide a screenshot of the parse JSON action and the JSON body you are attempting to parse? That will make it easier to determine what is causing this issue.
