Hello.

I have setup a flow that receives information from a form when a user enters information in it.
They input their email adress among other things and I would like to send a no reply email that we have received the form and what was included in the form.
It works fine with using an email that is part of our organization but when the user adds hos private email adress it doesn't work.
What can be wrong???

Error code is 400.
Action 'Skicka_en_HTTP-begäran_till_SharePoint-copy' failed: The e-mail message cannot be sent. Make sure the e-mail has a valid recipient. clientRequestId: a91af08f-31ce-459e-ac7b-d3617c03b83c serviceRequestId: ce2151a1-6029-9000-e4cb-0edf365717db

I can clearly see in the flow just before the action to send the mail that the email adress is included. Is there som blocked service or do I need to do this some other way?

    Hi,

When reading a MS Form submission, one of the properties captured by default by Power Automate is the Responder's email. Based on your description, I'm assuming that you have a question in your Form asking for the submitter's email address, which you must find in the Get response details dynamic content as a separated property from the responder's email.

In the image below, you can see an example of the dynamic content of the default Responder's email (highlighted in blue), and of your email question answer (highlighted in red):

The Responder's email is captured only when the user submitting the Form is authenticated, otherwise this property will return as anonymous, like in the example below:

    Solution
Double check if you are using the dynamic content of the Form email question in the of your Send email action, rather than the Responder's email.

If the problem persists, please share an image of your flow design.
