"That didn't work: This org hasn't given you a plan with access to Power Automate. Please contact the org's admin to get access." when trying to edit or open flow from make.powerapps.com

Hello,

I am trying to edit a cloud flow from make.powerapps.com. I am getting "That didn't work: This org hasn't given you a plan with access to Power Automate. Please contact the org's admin to get access." error intermittently. Has anyone faced this problem before or know a solution for this?
