Data source "Not Connected"

Happy Friday the 13th  Power Automate Community😁

 

What is the best way to update a Data source that was created by a user that is no longer with the company. 

Due to the data source not connect the app take some time to load.

 

Hope l explain that is understandable

    Hi @oappdev,

     

    If you want to connect the entity created by others, you should have his account and password to create the connection. And if he is left, it is hard to do and have many troubles. The best way is connect with him to ask for copy the data to another account entity by using the Flow, for example:

     

    Using the List records action to get all rows of this entity, the account is the left employee's; Then use the create a new record, the account is another account.
