MS Forms/Sharepoint List/Power automate

Hi,

I have a share point list that I am creating that lists all Data flow diagrams i have across the business. As part of this i want users to complete a form which we will then use there responses to populate the share point list.

The problem i am having is that i am asking the people responding to the form to add in Data SME names which i then want to be linked to the Sharepoint Active directory. Is there any way to do this in MS forms/SP so the name captured in the form will correlate to the persons name in the Sharepoint active directory.

Help!!!

If you share the form so that only people within your organisation can complete the form, you can then automatically capture the responders email address:

You can then use the responders' email address in the Search for users (V2) action and get their user properties, such as Display Name, Job Title and other user properties:
