Weird situation ( it may not be weird and I am missing something silly ) but any help would be appreciated.
I have a flow that has several levels of approvals, with loops at each level so that if not reponded to the approval will send again in every 7 days. At each level one approval email is sent, and then one again every 7 days until responded to. There is also a branch to send myself a warning email ( in the form of an approval ) after 20 and then again after 25 days to give me a heads up if a flow is about to expire.
One instance of the flow has been running for 29 days. It has worked exactly as expected up to this point. However last night it suddenly sent over 100 approval emails over the course of around 30 minutes.
Just wondering if there is any obvious reason for this sudden burst of emails?
Again any input would be greatly appreciated.
