Hi everyone,

can you help clarify this?

See this example:
A company is running an internal job board. It's a power portal website with a private part where an authorized user can view the job vacancies, and even bookmark, or apply for a job. That's possible, right? Now, what if I want to add a user that not on my MS subscription?

Questions:

1. Is it possible to have a custom db with credentials and use this db to authorize users outside MS subscription?

2. Or is there another how to grant access to users outside the MS subscription and have them modify the content?

3. If this is not possible on power portal, is it achievable with power desktop app of any sort?

4. How do I restrict sign-up (e-mail section) in the power apps portal to limited/selected users?

5. Is there any way I can control user roles? Like e.g. admin, editor, etc.?
