Hi. I hope someone can help me.
i made a form that i'm going to use as a template, the only thing i need to change would be the title and i would have the same questions in all my surveys. is there any way to save all my answers in a sharepoint or excel list? i don't have defined how many surveys would be and i'm going to have to create more surveys based on the same template. is there any way for a flow to take all the forms in my account and save the data?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    Can you elaborate please?

If you wish to save the data from your MS Forms, you can export that to excel, You can then take the excel and use it as a template to turn It into a SharePoint list.

hello thank you for responding and I understand that I can export to excel but I would have to do it for each MS form and then pass it to sharepoint, is there a way to do it automatically when I create a new MS form ? sorry for my spelling mistakes I do not dominate English very well

Hi @Anonymous no because each time you create a new form you'd also need to create a new flow (or Save As a previous one) and reference the new form to get the responses and save them to your SharePoint list. A single flow can't be run against more than one form.

    Hi @Anonymous ,

Please try to use Flow template- Record form responses in SharePoint to create multiple Flows.

You only need to change the Form Id and SharePoint List Name to correspond to different Forms and lists, which can reduce a lot of work.
