Allo All!
I'm new to this and just learned my Windows Home edition will not run Power Automate Premium. So... I have to upgrade.
For you have have been living and breathing in this environment, what would your dream set up look like?
Windows edition?
Office Edition?
RAM?
Storage?
Processor?
I'd really like to avoid the 'coulda, shoulda woulda! In my experience, they're never cheap.

    Hi,

Here's what I recommend and is working for me/

    Windows:  Windows 11 Pro

Office Edition:  365 business standard (about $150/year so pretty affordable)  You will want to use that conjunction with your own domain so buy a domain name from Google or Go-Daddy for $0.99/year) because you are going to associate your business premium to your work account (aka you@yourdomain.com)

RAM:  12.0 GB is sufficient, and I have never hit any capacity issues to date

Any regular processor you get with your "retail" computer is typically sufficient.  With memory/processor - I am just using a laptop from BestBuy so again, any standard laptop you buy today has enough.  That's because these tools run in the cloud. in a browser, with the exception of power automate desktop.

Storage:  You are going to be in the cloud mostly so your Office edition will come with OneDrive and SharePoint space, plus Dataverse space.

Also make sure you include licensing!  Your business standard 365 will give you access to standard power automate tools but to use unattended desktop flows, Dataverse, and premium connectors, get power automate premium, $15/month.
