Don't want to connect Workflow to personal account for lists trigger "When a new item is created"

Hey guys,

I'm totally new in working with Power Automate and I have a huge problem in one of my created flows (You can see it in the picture I attached).

My flow should start when an item is created in a teams lists. It starts an approval and some other actions.

Here is my problem:

I have to quit the team where the list is included in some weeks. The problem is, when I quit the team, the workflow stops working because some elements are connected to my account.

Is there an oppertunity to connect the flow to the teams itself or to the owners of the workflow or is always just a connection to one personal account possible?

I hope you understand, what i'm talking about. I attached a picture of my flow.

Big thanks for helping me!

The error it generates when I'm no longer in the team but the flow is started because of a new element in the list is the following:

{"odata.error":{"code":"-2147024891, System.UnauthorizedAccessException","message":{"lang":"de-DE","value":"Attempted to perform an unauthorized operation."}}}

And the code for the "When a new item is created"-element looks like this:

{
    "inputs": {
        "host": {
            "connection": {
                "name": "@parameters('$connections')['shared_sharepointonline_2']['connectionId']"
            }
        },
        "method": "get",
        "authentication": "@parameters('$authentication')"
    },
    "recurrence": {
        "interval": 5,
        "frequency": "Minute"
    },
    "metadata": {
        "operationMetadataId": "a36d38d2-dfb0-40c2-9831-66ffcea48e8b",
        "flowSystemMetadata": {
            "swaggerOperationId": "GetOnNewItems"
        }
    },
    "splitOn": "@triggerBody()?.value"
}
