Modify data in a excel file which locate in onedriver while someone is open the same file

Hi, 

I am facing a problem.

 

In my Power Apps, I update the data from OneDrive Excel with a prompt: A network error occurred while using the Patch function: the requested resource has been locked. This is because my oneDrive Excel file was opened by someone else.

    There is no programmatic answer to this. If a user locks the file, it is locked; there is no way to force unlock it.
