    Hi @chiranjit ,

According to the error message, it is not allowed to have merged cells in the sheet when using power automate connects Excel. Please check this issue in your excel file.

Hi @v-jefferni , Thanks for your reply . My excel template looks like this where 4th row is merged cells . and there are 4 tables but I am not updating data in merged cells , I am updating in 6th,7th,8th col through PA , where there is no merged cells.

Probably the issue is when I use action "Add a row into Table" it identifies data in row-wise not column wise. is there any solution?

    Hi @chiranjit ,

Do you mean the merged field "Forward Journey" is also a part of this table? It just not allowed by the Excel connector due to invalid table schema. To be honest, I don't think it's necessary to include this row in the table. Also, it is not allowed to include blank column names in a table. I understand you'd prefer to make the table beautiful, but table schema is much more important.

Hi @v-jefferni , Forward Journey is not part of table. Problem is when I use "Add a row into Table" I have received "Table Requirements" and 'Value" not "Mode", "Origin", "Destination" ... It identifies not coloumn wise.

    Hi @chiranjit ,

You may have to double check the table range. As I mentioned above, blank columns are not allowed in a table as well. So, I suspect the table only includes the first two columns. You can also try and select the proper table range and format as table again.

    Best regards,
