Assuming this is Canvas App question as rather than a Portal question, you would first add a connection to your SQL Server.
You would then set the DataSource and the Item property of your edit form, so that the DataSource refers to the table, and Item refers the record that you want to show on the form. There are more details in the documentation here.

    Hi @mohinikushwaha,

Do you want to update the SQL table in PowerApps?

In Power Apps Studio, click or tap New on the File menu (along the left edge). Under Start with your data, click or tap New connection, and then click or tap SQL Server. Install the gateway and configure the SQL server data set.

Power Apps creates an app that shows data on three screens. Heuristics suggest what kind of data to show, but you might need to customize the UI to suit your needs.
