Microsoft Forms Quiz Flow Issues

Hello,

I am seeing two limitations for the dynamic content when using Microsoft Forms (Quiz) to trigger an email to respondent. In Forms, when it is set to "Anyone in my organization can respond" the form automatically captures each respondents name and email address. However, when looking in the dynamic content the Name fields don't appear so that I can personalize the email.

The other feature I'd really like to see in dynamic content for quizzes, is to have score as one of the pieces of dynamic content that allows you to customize the conditions. For instance if I wanted to send a specific follow up email with more resources/ videos to watch etc for respondents who score below 60% on a quiz, and not send anything or send something different to respondents who have higher scores.

Currently, I see no way to customize the emails based on particular responses or scores. Am I missing something?

@CabdulM use the Office 365 Users Get User Profile (V2) action in your flow so that you can get the user's given (first) name and personalise your emails:

The personalised email looks like this::

Hey Cabdul, regarding your quiz score remark, I have come across the same issue, so I am working on this solution:

    - Get all responses on an excel table previously filled with the right answers

    - Add two additional columns, one to add the points for the columns that have a match between response and answer and the second one will add up those points to generate a score column

    - Have power automate read that last column row by row and email a certificate to the people who passed and a try it again notification to whoever did not pass.

That is the only solution I have thought of for the moment. I will be posting a template if it works successfully.

Can you show us a screenshot of what the flow should look like?

    Hi Danny,

Did you manage to solve this?

    Hi Danny,

As a teacher myself, I would be really interested to know if you got this to work. I cannot believe that microsoft don't seem to have solution for this after years. It seems such an obvious thing that users would want to use.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks in anticipation.
