Is it possible to find where in the App a collection is used?

We have an app which creates a collection OnStart which appears to have been done to avoid Combobox item limits on a large data source where distinct values were desired for a particular set of fields.  Is there a way to identify where that collection is referenced in the App, similar to the "Used" feature of variables?
