How to create form that if you haven't reached x number of points then you have failed and need to retry ? I assume it is through running a PowerAutomate but I can't figure out how to get flow to read the Total Points to put through the control function.  Any ideas?

You can initialize a variable in the start of the Flow called totalPoints after the trigger When a Response is submitted for MS Forms.

For every correct answered you add the Points to the totalPoints and then in the add put a condition if it fails and pass and send an outcome on the email.

Please click Accept as Solution if it resolved your problem or give it a Thumbs Up if it helped you in anyway this will allow other people to search correct solutions effectively.

    Thanks,
    Rahber

These instructions are really helpful on how to use Power Automate to read results from a form, and then use the results to send personalised emails. https://youtu.be/yLvDFRWATfo

For my purposes, the calcuation of the total score in Excel is more complicated, but this was the resource that helped me start to work out what I needed to do.
