Share One App with 3 different team members

I have developed an App in teams power app.

I don't have the company IT Level admin rights to make group policies

Due to complication of permission (as few members is read only, few is edit his records only and few can see and edit all records)

Currently, there is no permission level setting on individual member /user level in Teams settings.

It has only the option to do permission setting on members level. so what ever permission I select, will be application on all users.

Is it possible, to make different teams - And then share the same app to them.

I mean One App - Share to different Teams.

Kindly guide

    Hi @MIA27 ,

I found that we can share apps in the team to other group and assign permissions to this group.

But it seems we can only add one group so when you have several teams it may not be a choice.

So would you like to create a permissions table in the Team?

Although users can still edit data at the bottom level, it is easy to design at the application level.

    Best Regards,

    Wearsky

    Dear Wearsky,

The option which you shown I reviewed it earlier and again after your advise.

Finding no option than creating permission table and on app start need to code for the requirement.

Getting into very lengthy job as many screens are there and all the control are direct not Edit form, so each control need to managed by true false criteria to enable or disable.

I need your suggestion based on your past experience, Instead of going to such a big task, is it possible to do the following as it will much more quicker and error free if successful:

    a) export the teams app as a solution

    b) import into normal power app application

    c) repeat the process thrice (one for read, read & write own record, read and write all)

    d) then link to teams and connect to each team accordingly.

Need your advise, possible as it can be done within 1 hours, but coding and table etc will long time with worry of mistakes.

    pls. guide
