My requirement is this.
1. Using MS Form to upload an excel file. once the file is uploaded the flow gets triggered. the excel file has a predefined Table Name with following column. The idea is that users should use that excel file as template to submit the list of user and email address.

2. Then using the Power Automate i want to list the rows of the excel file and update in a SharePoint list.
The catch is when users submit the excel file its name changes. I am trying to fine a way to use "list the rows" excel connectors but its not working as the excel file name changes.
