How to fix "Parameter 'To' cannot be null or empty" - Power Automate

I have created a flow to send multiples invoice via Outlook. Users will create the invoice, name it correctly and upload it to SharePoint document library and power automate will do the rest. The issue is at "Send an email (V2)" step, in "to" column i've filled out with CustomerEmail but when I test the flow, there is an error "Parameter 'To' cannot be null or empty".

I have attached a screenshot of the flow.

    Hi @pritadewii

Can you recheck that the CustomerEmail Variable is getting null, maybe you can place compose to see whether it is getting null or having value?

Also, you can check below post as well for your reference

    Hi @pritadewii

It seems like there is no information in CustomerEmail variable that you've intialized. Are you expecting to get this data from your sharepoint list? Then I think you need to add an action where you retrive that value.

    Hi @pritadewii ,

Your steps with the CustomerEmail initial variable are wrong.

Could you show me the CustomerEmail Value?
