Hello,
We have an issue when a form we created via Power Apps is not creating a new item or entry after we submit. What it is doing instead, it only updates the first line item repeatedly after each submission. This is a brand new form, with a brand new list.
Additionally, we have a power automate flow behind it that is triggered by a new item is created in the List. However, the flow hasn't been triggered yet because no new is technically created in the List.
Troubleshooting: After I cleared that first entry/item and try to resubmit a new form again, the List won't create any items anymore.
