Hi,

Whenever i try to launch Excel in PAD i get this error "Failed to open Excel document '(Excel launching error.)' ."

I get the same issue with Outlook. I have attempted to search for a solution and i so far have uninstalled both office 365 apps and PAD and done a fresh install, everything is up to date. The only thing i have not done is re-install of Windows 10 Pro, something i am desperate not to do. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Hello @r-swan

You should refer the document below and Stack Overflow thread which was linked.
Excel launch error - 800700c1 is not a valid Win32 application | Microsoft Docs

The solution is presented on the following StackOverflow question:

    https://stackoverflow.com/questions/50970449/error-800700c1-in-instantiating-an-object-for-microsoft-office-interop-excel-a

Deleting the file "C:\Program" fixes the issue.

    Good luck.

For anyone still struggling with this issue, I resolved my problem by carefully reading the Error message.  Notice in the error it says:
    Failed to open Excel document '"D:\Google Drive\ElRezeiky Pharmacies\Work\Sales Analysis\Sales Analysis.xlsm"'

If you look at the filename/path string, the double quotes are wrapped with single quotes.  It looks like the string you pasted into the Document path field has double quotes (and indeed, that was my issue).  If you remove double quotes, you should be good to go.
