Get specific information from some emails and then send email to a specific email address with information collected

Hello,

I am new in Power Automated and I would like to know how can I setup a flow that collects information from some emails and then send those information to a specific email address.

The information that needs to be collected is just if the email comes with a successful job, warning job or critical job.
What I aim is also to use if conditions to receive emails according to the status collected.

So far this is what I have as it needs to collect information every 12 hours.

Could you help me on this please as I am really struggling to understand its functionality.

@baessa Please tell me why you are using recurrence here not this Trigger- When a new email arrived? any specific purpose?

Also share one mail sample for better understanding.

There reason for using recurrence its because it needs to run every 12 hours as the max top is 25 and I need it to check to a max 30 emails.

Below is the sample email:

What I need is to get the info from those emails backjob name and if success or warning or error to send an email with its status.

I am looking to have one email 2 emails with the jobs done instead of having to check all 30 emails one by one.
I am not sure how to have a flow that gets the backup name and status (Success/warninf/failure). then filter and send a notification with the jobs according to its status.

@baessa And what about if it check every mail and filter your subject. I think this should be good for your process as per my understanding.

Details- When new email will arrives it will check your mail subject and extract some text and send that text in email

@Hardesh15 The problem is that these jobs run on a different time and I would need run the flows twice every 12 hours. It should check the results but it will not have all the emails to check. Even filtering how can I do that?
