I would like a method to create a flow in Power Automate

I want to save a Microsoft Form attachment to SharePoint with the following steps:

  1. Save the attachment file from the Microsoft Form.
  2. Store the attachment data in a SharePoint list.
  3. Retrieve the attachment from the SharePoint list to display in an Approval.
  4. Implement multi-level Approval.

    I would suggest searching online for a step at a time. For example, how to save attachment from a Form in SharePoint Document Library - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xb_k8vOERpU
     
    Then how to extract the contents of the document, this will depend on the document type too, will it be a Word or a PDF. You can get some ideas from this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GW5iUV2rRGQ
