Suggested People for send Email not working for some users (Access Token missing or malformed)?

Hi Community

We setup a Flow using data from D365 and sending it to users via Send email.

Theissue we are facing is that for some users, the people picker is working, but for  others it's not:

Does anyone have any suggestion or information on why it is working for some users and not others?

Is it the "Access Token missing or Malformed" and if so, any idea on how to fix?

Thanks in advance for your expertise

BEst regards

GunnarRun

    Hi @GunnarRun,

Does the User2 have permission to access the CDS entity?

I assume the user may not exist in the environment, please confirm it.

Hi Lin Tu @v-litu-msft  - thanks for the prompt response.

Not sure how to see a list of users with access to the CDS Entity - can you help?

He has access to all the environments (Global Admin) and is able to run the Flow without issues, but unable to get the Suggested People to work.

The issue might be that this is a new Dev environment, where user 1 was created in AAD for testing - whilst user 2 was created in a preexisting O365 and actively existing in a production environment? I just don't know and not sure how the "Suggested People" works in a Send email Flow..

    Thanks for your help

Please try to follow these steps to add the user into your environment:Annotation 2019-09-20 101210.png
