Send and email 1 hour before due date in SharePoint List

Dear all

 

i have a SharePoint list for meetings and i wanna create a flow that can help me to send and email 1 hour before meeting 

like 19/1/2021 7:00 PM in the SharePoint list and i wanna send an email at 6:00 PM to say to them you have meeting after 1 hour

    My flow, I have taken manual trigger, you need to use trigger "When an item is added to list"

    Please make changes as required. This is date and time calculations can be done.

    i did that but does not work , it gives me wrong date always
