Grant access to Item error: The approver can't open the Sharepointlist Item

Hi dear all,
 
I am developing the custom form using SharePoint List for approval system.
 
The approver can receive the notification by Email or by Teams, but he can't open the affected item. 
 
In the SharepointList, I confirmed that the access was granted to the approver. Anyone know what is wrong?

    Hi @Glueck,
     
    As far as I know if you are using Item-level Permissions, then you won't be able to stop sharing (it wasn't shared anyway) or grant access to an item.
