Cloud Flow locked due to Personal MSA Account Deprecation - Requesting JSON definition export

Hello Power Automate Support Team,

My personal Microsoft Account (MSA) is currently locked out of the Power Automate Cloud web interface due to the recent final enforcement of the deprecation policy for personal email accounts (@outlook.com/@hotmail.com).

Because my license status was revoked, I am unable to log in online, create new flows, or access the "Export", "Send a copy", or "Peek Code" UI features. They are completely grayed out/disabled, and the server rejects my sessions.

I have a highly critical, complex workflow architecture trapped inside my default environment. I spent months building the logic, and I need to migrate it to a valid Microsoft 365 Developer/Enterprise account.

I kindly request a service engineer or backend administrator to fetch the definition of this flow from the environment database and provide me with the raw JSON code or a .zip export package so I can import it manually into my new business tenant.

Technical metadata for routing:

  • Error encountered: Complete UI lock / Account type not supported for cloud flow editing.

Please let me know if you need additional validation to prove ownership of the account. Thank you for your assistance in recovering this data.

You will need to rebuild your flow from scratch. Microsoft made several announcements and notified users of the change. As noted here, your flow has been permanently deleted as part of the deprecation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/important-changes-coming#deprecation-of-support-for-personal-microsoft-service-accounts-in-power-automate
