What's the best way to create a ms teams chatbot using power virtual agents community to solicit status from each member within a team.

Idea:

- trigger daily

- asked the team to provide status

- team members provide status

- once bot receives the data from ALL team members it will provide a card or excel with all the teams status

- you can also query the bot to find out if anyone still needs to give status
