Of course

I use MS Webinar
Users register for the webinar
Then the webinar goes live.
After the webinar has ended, I can download the list of participants as Excel in the webinar
Is it possible to query this file via Automate

You can also use a HTTP request with the Graph API to retrieve the attendance reports. Below are the docs of that method:

The format of that request would be the below

GET /solutions/virtualEvents/webinars/{webinarId}/sessions/{sessionId}/attendanceReports/{reportId}/attendanceRecords
