Hi! I am working on a flow that does the following:
- User Submits Form Response
- Approval is generated
- If the request is approved, create an item in a Sharepoint list.
Currently, the Sharepoint list shows the name of the request, but I'd ideally want to do a couple things.
1. Import additional information to the Sharepoint list, like the requestor's name, their department, etc.
2. click the title of the project and see the data captured in the form response, so someone could look at it later.
I was able to pull data from the form into the approval by using the "Get Response Details" action before the approval is created, but that didn't seem to work here when populating data in Sharepoint. It's not pictured, but I tried adding the "Get Response Details" action before the "Create Item" action and the results were the same. Is there any way to do this?
