Power Automateでのフロー作成と実行について

こんにちは。formsで作成したフォームに回答があった場合、フォーム回答時に回答者へ自動返信メール(outlook365)を送信しようとしています。編集デザイン画面変更前はうまく作成できていたのですが、編集デザイン画面が変更されてからうまくフローが流れず困っております。フロー失敗時のスクリーンショットを添付しております。メール送信時にエラーとなっているようですが、原因がわかりません。どなたか解決に向けてご助言頂けませんしょうか?よろしくお願いします。
